Business Development Representative (BDR) – Ecommerce Sales Team | Makati City | Hybrid Setup

Location: Makati City, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Schedule: Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Philippine time)

About the Role:

Our client is seeking passionate and driven Business Development Representatives to join their Ecommerce team. If you thrive on uncovering new opportunities and building meaningful client relationships, this role is for you. As a BDR, you'll be at the forefront of outreach efforts, introducing potential clients to innovative telecommunications solutions. While your primary focus will be on new business development, you'll also support account management tasks to ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients within target markets
  • Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media

Lead Qualification

  • Qualify leads using established frameworks
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet and exceed targets

Relationship Building

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Nurture leads through consistent communication

Account Management Support

  • Assist with operational tasks for existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Track activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM
  • Provide regular updates to management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Experience in telecommunications or technology is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Business-level English proficiency required for effective verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
  • Solid understanding of prospecting techniques and lead qualification frameworks
  • Hunter mindset with a passion for creating new business
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
