Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer to drive new business opportunities, foster client relationships and contribute to revenue growth within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of outsourcing solutions, market trends, and strategic planning to expand the company's reach and impact in the BPO sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape within the BPO industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in outsourcing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the BPO sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver tailored outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that ensure long-term partnerships and revenue generation.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and business development strategies to senior management.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and meetings to enhance the companys visibility in the BPO market.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands specific to the BPO sector.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the BPO industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies tailored to BPO services.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in client acquisition, outsourcing solutions, and strategic partnerships in the BPO industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
