About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and disciplined Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your main goal is to qualify new leads, ensure fast and consistent follow-ups, and book high-quality appointments for our Account Executive (AE).
This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and building momentum for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all new inbound leads within our required response time (speed and consistency are key).
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, texts, emails, and chat to qualify their interest and gather key information.
- Use lead qualification frameworks (such as BANT or SPIN) to assess fit and readiness.
- Coordinate and book meetings for the AE team, ensuring smooth hand-offs.
- Track every lead interaction using our CRM and maintain updated records.
- Proactively re-engage cold or unresponsive leads to keep the pipeline active.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion rate.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability in responding to leads.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM tools
- Friendly, confident, and resilient personality—able to handle rejection professionally.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
