Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Relationship Management:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and increasing revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and nurture existing partnerships for long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and services that meet client needs, ensuring satisfaction and business expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their manpower needs and ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
  • Proactively communicate with client representatives and management to ensure alignment between service requests, project timelines, and successful delivery.
  • Provide client support and resolve conflicts or challenges that arise during day-to-day operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:

  • Continuously assess and optimize operations for cost savings, time management, and service quality improvements.

Manpower Scheduling & Coordination:Reporting:

  • Oversee the timely fulfillment of client manpower requests, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively between manpower teams and client representatives to meet operational demands and timelines.
  • Resolve issues related to manpower deployment, including delays or staffing gaps, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to management, highlighting performance metrics such as delivery success rates, business growth, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Industrial engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With at least 3 years of managerial experience in logistics or delivery operations. Experience as a Business Development or Operations Manager is advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • With strong decision-making, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing and motivating teams for smooth operations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and provide support beyond regular working hours when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
