We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for a manufacturing company based in Quezon City. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth through effective sales and market development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Create and implement strategic business plans to meet sales targets and company goals.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and product pitches.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
Benefits
