About the Role:

AQUADYS INC., a construction company specializing in painting and waterproofing, is looking for a Business Development Officer to help expand our client base and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and has strong connections or experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and bids.
  • Coordinate with the operations and estimating teams for project costing and scheduling.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • With background or understanding of painting, waterproofing, and general construction is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
