
URGENT: Outbound Sales Assistants

- Validate contact list entries (phone, fax, email) and log outcomes.
- Clean/update lists in real time and collect corrected contact details.
- Execute multi-channel outreach (fax, email, phone) in structured batches.
- Follow up persistently until sample request form is returned.
- Leave voicemails and retry calls at varied times/days to maximize contact.
- Send faxes with sample request form, domperidone info sheet, and opt-out number.
- Send personalized emails using assigned inboxes (3 accounts to reduce spam risk).
- Log campaign progress twice weekly: faxes sent, emails sent, calls made, outcomes, and forms returned.
- Proven experience in both customer service and sales roles (medical industry experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong empathy and rapport-building abilities
- Experience handling sensitive medical information with strict confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology (is a plus)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- 2+ years in a medical call center or healthcare-related role
- Experience in outbound sales within a healthcare context
- Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software
- Experience in multi-channel marketing or outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with faxing systems, bulk email tools, and call tracking platforms.
- Persistence and professionalism in contacting leads multiple times.
CLIENT'S EXPECTATIONS:
The campaign will utilize a three-touch outreach approach: fax email
- phone. VAs will send small batches of 10–20 faxes and emails, followed shortly by phone calls to validate receipt and encourage action. Each clinic should be contacted across all three channels until a form is received or a refusal is logged.
- VAs will have basic knowledge of domperidone's common uses (nausea in gastro/neurology). They must not promote medical benefits, but instead redirect questions to the pharmacist. If clinics ask about other products, VAs will either provide the pharmacist's contact or direct them to the company website
- VAs will deliver twice-weekly reports including:
- Number of faxes sent and confirmations
- Number of emails sent and open/bounce status
- Number of calls made and outcomes
- Sample Request Forms received (count verified by the company)
- Contact interest level tags (Interested, Not Interested, Already Aware, Bad Contact)
PERFORMANCE METRICS:
- 80–100 calls completed per day
- Validated contact details logged
- Sample Request Forms returned
- Percentage of clinics contacted across 2+ channels
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM - 6PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
- $4USD/hour
- HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE:
- Per-Form Bonus $2.50–$3 per verified form returned
- Tier Bonuses
- 10+ forms/week = +$15,
- 15+ = +$25,
- 20+ = +$50,
- 30+ = +$75
- Stretch Bonus 100 verified forms/week = +$150 one-time payout
