Scope of Role

  • Make outbound calls to accounts listed in the company CRM.
  • Engage prospects using a provided script while adapting as needed for natural conversations.
  • Secure qualified meetings for the sales team with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Record call outcomes, notes, and next steps accurately in the CRM.
  • Handle objections confidently and maintain a professional, persuasive communication style.

Qualifications

  • Clear, fluent spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Strong objection-handling and conversation management skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior-level professionals and decision-makers.
  • Previous outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to follow a structured script while adapting tone and language to the situation.
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent in updating CRM records and reporting call activity.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by meeting activity and appointment-setting targets.

Job Types: Part-time, Commission

Pay: From Php250.00 per hour
