Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Schedule: Monday -Friday(9am-6pm)

Arrangement: Hybrid(2x/week onsite)

Salary: 63,000 Max depending on experience and skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience;
  • • 2+ years of related work experience preferred
  • SOX Compliance experience is a must/ or at least knowledge

Responsibilities

  1. Life Cycle and System Updates

  2. Executes all Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes and additional Tier 2 processes, such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, standard reporting and LOA's

  3. Leverages intermediate business process knowledge to guide employees through lifecycle changes, customizing the solution to fit individual needs
  4. Utilizes expertise to resolve a variety of moderately complex issues, and often acts as a resource to others. Escalates queries to the Supervisor as appropriate
  5. Identifies trends and initiates process improvements with the manager or HRS project and services teams
  6. Understands trade offs and when to escalate
  7. Understands end-to-end processes deeply and can easily assist in all steps of a multiple step process
  8. Responsible for full region and global processes support
  9. Manages HR Systems data and files, ensuring accuracy, completion, and that all are up- to - date.
  10. Handles sensitive and/or moderately complex queries
  11. Pivots with ease when introduced to new HR Systems configurations; engages in system UAT
  12. Provides standard and non-standard moderately complex reporting to HR stakeholders and line managers

  13. COE Process Expertise

  14. Has an developed understanding of programs and COE processes

  15. Able to answer COE type queries and guide line managers and employees to relevant information and escalates, if appropriate
  16. Able to handle intermediate level COE process complexities

  17. Operational Excellence

  18. Responsible for the knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve employee and manager queries including Workday and HR library

  19. Understands and executes on SLA and KPI's
  20. Provide excellent customer service, high quality resolution and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelines.
  21. Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance and other policy requirements
  22. Ensures data accuracy and integrity with all transactions, communications and stakeholder support

  23. Project Management

  24. May support smaller projects or translation validation as needed.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: Php50, Php63,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ortigas
