We are looking for a Digital Operations Associate to support daily online transactions and customer inquiries across our digital platforms and company website. The role ensures smooth processing of online pawn, renewal, and redemption requests while maintaining excellent customer service and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all online transactions and customer inquiries via website and digital channels.
  • Coordinate with branches to address and resolve concerns on renewals, sangla, and redemptions.
  • Prepare and submit daily transaction and performance reports.
  • Maintain organized digital records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve system flow and service delivery.
  • Participate in company meetings, activities, and engagement events.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, customer care, and data security.

Qualifications

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent; college level preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in branch operations, customer service, or digital transactions (pawnshop or financial services background is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online communication tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
