Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days RTO per week)

Training: 7 weeks (onsite; 8:30 to 5:30pm)

About the role

Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced External Audit (Senior Associate - Manager) to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality audit services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive audits of financial statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Identifying and evaluating potential risks and internal control weaknesses, and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring they develop their skills and deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex audit-related issues and provide value-added insights
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in external auditing

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in external audit, ideally in a public accounting firm or a reputable corporate environment
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify key issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in using audit software and other relevant technology tools
  • Familiarity with Philippine financial reporting standards and audit regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php147,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ortigas
