As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners, you will play a key role in representing our company's culture. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who want to build a career in Administration, HR, Customer Service, or Office Operations.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and employees.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and front desk coordination.
- Coordinate supplies and material requests with different departments.
- Source quotations and place orders for office needs.
- Maintain supplies inventory and ensure accurate recording.
- Support Admin and HR teams on events and office projects.
What You'll Gain
