Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and manpower deployment across multiple regions
- Supervise and mentor Operations Specialists and Associates
- Ensure attendance, attrition, and reliever management to maintain service continuity
- Implement compliance with company, client, and operational policies
- Approve project budgets, track expenses, and validate liquidation reports
- Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve KPIs
- Serve as the senior point of contact for client escalations and cross-department coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field
- At least 5–7 years of experience in operations management (preferably in retail, manpower outsourcing, or field service)
- Proven leadership in managing nationwide or large-scale projects
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools
- Willing to travel nationwide for audits, client meetings, and field reviews
- Amenable to a hybrid work setup (Office: Ortigas, Pasig)
