As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Booking & Sales Agent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and manage luxury transport bookings via email, phone, WhatsApp, and live chat.
  • Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain organized client records and activity logs using CRM tools, and keep the booking calendar up to date.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Upsell services where appropriate to enhance revenue and client experience.

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable, proactive, and thrives in a remote work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, reservations, or a related role — preferably within the hospitality, travel, or transport sectors.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls when required (rarely cold calls, mostly follow-ups or warm leads).
  • Stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits - please note we pay in USD currency

  • Paid training of up to 1 month.
  • Starting salary range: USD $700–$1,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications, + commission and bonuses after successful probation.

Work Schedule

After the initial training period—or to accommodate the holiday season—the work schedule may change as needed.

  • Monday to Friday, with rotational weekends
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with a paid lunch break

(May include evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php41, Php65,000.00 per month
