What You'll Do

  • Handle hot inbound homeowner leads — no cold calling
  • Engage interested homeowners via phone, text, and email to qualify and book roofing appointments
  • Quickly assess urgency, motivation, and fit, then confidently guide the conversation to a booked estimate
  • Convert interest into action by handling objections around timing, trust, and decision-making
  • Create a smooth, professional experience as the first human touchpoint of our brand
  • Accurately log call outcomes and notes in our CRM
  • Consistently hit and exceed booking and conversion targets
  • Work closely with QA and leadership to sharpen scripts, objection handling, and conversion strategy
  • Represent the Guaranteed Estimates brand and help us on our journey to become the #1 choice for roofing estimates

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of appointment setting, inside sales, or inbound sales experience (required)
  • Proven success converting warm or inbound leads, not just dialing volume
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology, urgency, and follow-up
  • Confidence handling U.S.-based homeowners and guiding them to a clear next step
  • Clear, neutral English with a professional and persuasive phone presence
  • Track record of thriving in performance-based, commission-driven environments
  • Ability to think on your feet — you don't rely on scripts to sell
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours in a fully remote setup
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and high accountability

Compensation & Performance

  • Base Salary: $800 / month USD - increasing to $850 after 90 days
  • Commission:* average* performers currently earn an extra $200–$400 USD / month; high performers can earn significantly more
  • No cap on commissions, total monthly earnings could exceed $1,500 USD for hungry, relational, quality-focused individuals
  • This role strongly rewards high performers — top agents earn significantly more through conversion
  • The better you convert inbound demand, the more you earn. Simple as that.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php46,915.00 per month
