ClaimRunners supports automotive dealerships and body shops in the United States with their extended warranty and insurance claims. We handle the time-consuming phone calls, paperwork, and follow-ups so service advisors and shops can focus on their customers.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable remote agent in the Philippines to help us process claims on an as-needed basis.

Role Summary

You will assist US auto dealerships/body shops by:

  • Calling warranty and service contract companies

  • Starting and following up on claims

  • Documenting all details clearly in our system

This role is per-diem / on-call: you'll only work when there are active claims to process, usually just a few hours per week to start, with the possibility of more hours as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call warranty companies using provided phone numbers and scripts to:

  • Open new claims

  • Provide vehicle, repair, and parts information

  • Obtain authorization numbers, coverage details, and payment information

  • Carefully follow the "3 Cs" format when documenting:

  • Complaint – customer concern

  • Cause – technician findings

  • Correction – approved repair

  • Review repair orders, parts lists, and technician notes to pull the correct information for each claim

  • Enter claim details into the ClaimRunners system accurately and in good English

  • Track claim statuses and add notes after each call

  • Communicate clearly with the ClaimRunners team via chat/email when there are questions or missing information

  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Confident speaking on the phone with US-based representatives

  • Good typing skills and ability to follow detailed step-by-step instructions

  • Reliable computer or laptop, stable high-speed internet, and a quiet place to take calls

  • Comfortable working US business hours on an as-needed basis (flexible, not a fixed daily shift)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document information clearly

Preferred (nice to have, not required)

  • Previous experience in:

  • Call center / BPO

  • Virtual assistant / customer support

  • Automotive service, insurance, or warranty claims

  • Experience using web-based CRM tools or ticketing systems

Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule:

  • Per-diem / on-call

  • Typically 2–5 hours per week to start (may increase as the company grows)

  • Mostly during US Eastern business hours

  • Compensation:

  • ₱110–₱130 per hour

  • Paid only for hours worked (per-diem / as-needed)

  • Performance-based increases and more hours may be available over time
