Contact Centre Sales Advisor (Remote – Philippines)

Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Melbourne Time

Compensation: PHP 70,000 monthly + commissions

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Advisor to join our high-performing contact centre team. You'll engage warm, qualified leads—no cold calling—to help students enrol in our range of industry-led short courses.

This is a 100% sales position focused on driving enrolments through phone, SMS, and email outreach. You'll need to navigate the HubSpot CRM with speed and precision, managing multiple conversations while keeping detailed records and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm leads to understand their goals and recommend the right course.
  • Handle objections effectively and close enrolments confidently.
  • Maintain high activity: minimum 100 dials per day and 3+ hours talk time (top performers exceed these targets).
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track all activity and manage leads through multiple communication channels (phone, SMS, email).
  • Achieve and surpass monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously improve performance and conversion rates.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in a results-driven sales role — not appointment setting.
  • Background in education sales, B2C telesales, or similar consultative environments (highly regarded).
  • Strong objection handling, rapport building, and closing skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar).
  • Self-motivated, organised, and competitive — you love winning.
  • Reliable remote setup (quiet workspace, stable internet).

Compensation & Rewards

  • Fixed salary: PHP 70,000 per month.
  • Generous commissions: On-Target Earnings (OTE) equal to ~30% of total pay, with potential to earn up to 200% of OTE for top performance.
