Key responsibilities
- Itinerary planning: Creating detailed travel schedules that account for flights, accommodations, meetings, and other appointments to ensure seamless transitions and minimize downtime.
- Booking and logistics: Making all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, while considering the executive's preferences and budget.
- Document and visa management: Ensuring the executive has all necessary documents, such as a valid passport and any required visas, and initiating the application process when needed.
- Budget and expense management: Tracking travel costs and ensuring all arrangements adhere to budget guidelines and compliance standards.
- On-trip support: Accompanying the executive on trips to assist with tasks like taking meeting notes, making on-the-spot decisions, and coordinating with the home office.
- Emergency preparedness: Serving as the primary point of contact for last-minute changes or emergencies, providing a safety net for unexpected situations.
- Information and preparation: Providing pre-travel briefing materials and ensuring the executive has all the information they need for a successful trip, including time zone differences, local contacts, and health insurance details.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex schedules and multiple bookings.
- Excellent communication skills to understand and meet the executive's travel preferences.
- Adaptability to flexible hours and last-minute changes, as travel can be unpredictable.
- Proficiency with management systems to keep organized records of all travel information and confirmations.
- Familiarity with international travel requirements, such as visas and health regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
