Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of executive and administrative tasks, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism and discretion in all interactions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Manage and maintain executives' calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Communication Management: Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive; draft and proofread communications.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Project Support: Assist with research, data analysis, report preparation, and presentation materials.
  • Office Administration: Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders; manage office supplies and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate company events, board meetings, and off-site retreats.
  • Expense Management: Track budgets, process expense reports, and support financial documentation.
