The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office. Responsibilities include calendar and email management, travel coordination, documentation, project support, and stakeholder communication. The EA acts as a gatekeeper, decision-maker, and representative of the executive when needed.

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Organize files, records, and important company documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Monitor deadlines, followups, and deliverables for the executive.
  • Conduct basic research and compile data as requested.
  • Assist in project management and tracking key tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 6months - 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
