We're looking for a proactive and experienced Chief Engineer to lead the technical operations of our property. This role is key to ensuring all building systems, facilities, and equipment are running efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. What You'll Do:

  • Lead pre-operational activities including equipment testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance planning
  • Supervise engineers and technicians in maintaining building systems and responding to unit job requests
  • Manage operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and auxiliary systems
  • Ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and compliance with government regulations
  • Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and utility companies to maintain service quality
  • Prepare engineering reports, budgets, and incident documentation
  • Review renovation plans and oversee engineering-related procurement and bidding processes
  • Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives
