What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the COO to align strategic priorities and ensure execution across Human Capital, Supply Chain & Engineering, and Safety & Security divisions.
  • Drive operational governance — establishing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for informed decision-making.
  • Lead strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring clear milestones, accountability, and measurable impact.
  • Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to guide executive decisions.
  • Support the COO in preparing for board reviews, executive meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Champion innovation through AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency and decision-making speed.
  • Foster collaboration across leadership teams and ensure alignment on goals and outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, or project management within high-growth or cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams to drive alignment and results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communicator — direct, clear, and confident.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
  • Experience using AI tools or automation to optimize work processes.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus but not mandatory.
