Job Objective:

  • Plans, coordinates, controls, bids, executes and completes assigned project construction for the SBU's, in line with the commitment and goals of the Engineering Department, as directed by the Chief Operating Officer, Design & Engineer Director and Coach.
  • Leads the Maintenance Group of the Engineering Department in the development and implementation of strategies in the areas Corrective and Planned Maintenance, as well as the management of new technology, and implementation of utility and equipment efficiency.

  • Key Result Area 2 – Project Supervision

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Engineering/Management/other courses relevant to project management
  • At least 3 years of work experience in project management/ people management/ strategic planning/ risk management/ Operations in the food industry.
  • PRC license in Architecture or Engineering or CPM license a plus.
