POSITION PURPOSE

To provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer support for GoTroppo and Axecom clients — ensuring every customer, residential or business, receives fast, effective, and human assistance for their NBN or telecommunications services.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and tickets from GoTroppo and Axecom customers seeking help with NBN or connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service or speed problems in a calm and clear manner.
  • Guide customers through modem resets, Wi-Fi setup, and identifying Wi-Fi vs Internet issues.
  • Support basic 3CX voice or communication setups when required.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex cases.
  • Use AI tools to assist in troubleshooting and deliver accurate, fast solutions.
  • Maintain accurate logs, follow-ups, and case updates in the customer management system.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers, keeping them informed at all times.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and client experience through feedback and initiative.

QUALIFICATION

  • Customer service experience in NBN, ISP, or telecommunications environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot connection issues and explain solutions in plain English.
  • Excellent communication skills — both spoken and written.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

  • Positive, patient, and professional attitude.

  • Experience with modems, routers, or VoIP (especially 3CX).

  • Understanding of NBN technologies (FTTP, FTTC, HFC, FTTN, Fixed Wireless).
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g. , Zendesk, ConnectWise).
  • Exposure to AI-assisted support platforms or smart troubleshooting tools.

SCHEDULE:

  • Day Shift (Mondays - Fridays) Australian time zone
  • Fixed Weekends Off
  • Hours commencing 6AM
  • Office-based Job
  • Can start Immediately
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
