The
Technical Support Specialist
is responsible for ensuring the quality, completeness, and functionality of all technical items and equipment for delivery, pull-out, rental, demo, and service use. The role includes conducting quality checks, verifying documentation accuracy, and maintaining organized records to support efficient operations and excellent service delivery.

To Succeed In This Role, You Need To Have

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Engineering/ ECE.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidate must demonstrate understanding of basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Candidate must posses strong time management and multitasking skills, capable of handling tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Sandoval Brgy. Palatiw, Pasig City.
