We are looking for a Technical Support I professional to join our Operations Account for SQL. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding technical support to our clients by diagnosing and resolving complex software and hardware issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and other electronic platforms
  • Conduct web-based training sessions for clients
  • Diagnose and configure customer equipment to connect with server systems
  • Translate technical jargon into clear, understandable language for customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • Offer feedback on product improvements based on field observations
  • Support other service-related activities as needed
  • Adhere to workplace operating procedures and health and safety guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Graduate of college or technical school
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years of excellent customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of SQL environments (MySQL & SQL Server) and IIS Web Services
  • Familiarity with MS Access and Windows Server configuration
  • Effective listening and communication skills, fluent in English
  • Understanding of customer service principles and proper phone etiquette
  • Experience resolving issues with integrated software/hardware solutions at the enterprise level
  • Willingness to participate in rotating on-call support during weekends and scheduled holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
