We're looking for a tech-savvy, people-first problem solver to join our Operations Team as a Platform Support Specialist / Technical Support Representative. You'll be the go-to person for internal teams and customers when things get tricky, whether it's a product question, a system hiccup, or a process puzzle. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customer inquiries about our platform and products
  • Investigating technical issues and collaborating with developers and product managers to resolve them
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our internal systems and workflows
  • Navigating tools like SmartHub, HubSpot, and Jira to manage support requests and documentation.

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Background in customer service or technical support (bonus points if you've worked with SaaS tools)
  • Quick learner with a knack for picking up new software
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with solid problem-solving chops
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • A sharp eye for accuracy and a commitment to quality.
