Job Summary:

Responsible for providing technical support and assistance in maintaining and improving the company's IT systems, including networks, computers, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all network devices (routers, switches, modems, etc.) are running optimally.
  • Provide hardware and software troubleshooting for computers, printers, and POS systems.
  • Source, test, and document new hardware and software.
  • Maintain records of IT assets, maintenance, and purchases.
  • Assist in IT research and development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT-related course.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in PC, network, and POS troubleshooting.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule:

Time: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (GY)

Rest Days: Tuesday–Wednesday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
