Account Relationship Management

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for major retails chains.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and store leadership teams.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and alignment session with partner stakeholders.

Onboarding and Rollout Coordination

  • Lead the onboarding process for new partner groups and new store activations
  • Coordinate systems deployment, POS installation, and operational alignment with internal departments.
  • Prepare rollout plans, schedules, and readiness checklists of multi-branch launches.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track sales performance, compliance, and operational issues across all assigned accounts.
  • Prepare dashboards, Business reviews and regular reports for management and partners.
  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Program and Promo Execution

  • Coordinate partner-specific promotions, marketing program, and system-driven campaigns.
  • Ensure proper communication of promos to partner stores and internal teams.
  • Monitor promo performance and recommend adjustment or enhancements .

Operational Support and Issue Resolution

  • Manage escalations related to POS issues, settlement concerns, payouts processes, and systems performance.
  • Work with IT, Operations, Marketing and Treasury to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure partner compliance with Sarilotto operational standards and guideline.

Business Expansion and Store Growth

  • Support expansion efforts by coordinating new branch activations and rollout plans.
  • Identify opportunities fir deeper engagement or increased coverage within partner networks.
  • Assist in negotiations for additional store integrations or pilot programs.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales, operations, or field management; experience in distribution, FMCG, retail, or gaming industry is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing multiple teams across different locations.
  • Strong background in sales target achievement, territory management, and network expansion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
