About the role

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time opportunity to support our valued clients in the telecommunications industry. As an Experienced Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  5. Actively listen to customer needs and provide personalized, empathetic service
  6. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
  7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
