We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic Telco Account team. As a Telco Account CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the telecommunications industry. This is a full-time position based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, with a relocation package offer.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Respond to customer requests, complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-line support to customers
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  5. Assist with administrative tasks as required
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
