What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  2. Accurately diagnosing customer issues and providing timely, effective resolutions
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  5. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements
  6. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Proficiency in data entry and using various software applications
  5. A positive, adaptable, and customer-centric mindset
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
