About the role
Are you an exceptional communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is looking for a full-time Call Center Agent to join our fast-paced team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. In this blended voice and non-voice role, you will be the first point of contact for our retail clients, providing high-quality support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information and offer solutions to customer problems
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, promoting a positive brand image
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- AT LEAST HS/SHS GRADUATE/ OPEN TO 6MOS AND ABOVE CFE IN BPO OR NON BPO
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
