About the role

Are you an exceptional communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is looking for a full-time Call Center Agent to join our fast-paced team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. In this blended voice and non-voice role, you will be the first point of contact for our retail clients, providing high-quality support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Provide accurate information and offer solutions to customer problems
  4. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, promoting a positive brand image
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction
  7. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. AT LEAST HS/SHS GRADUATE/ OPEN TO 6MOS AND ABOVE CFE IN BPO OR NON BPO
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
