Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course (HRM, Business Admin, Accounting, Psychology, or similar).
- With or without experience (experience in HR, payroll, or timekeeping is an advantage).
- Knowledge of basic labor laws and company timekeeping policies is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other computer applications.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential employee information.
- Can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new processes or systems.
