Timekeeper Roles and Responsibilities:
Attendance Monitoring
- Record and monitor employee daily attendance (time in/out, absences, tardiness, undertime).
- Ensure accuracy of daily time records (DTR) or biometric logs.
- Prepare attendance summaries for payroll processing.
Record Management
- Maintain proper filing of timekeeping documents (timesheets, leave forms, overtime requests).
- Safeguard confidential employee information.
- Update records regularly to avoid discrepancies.
Coordination
- Work closely with HR, Accounting, and Department Heads to validate employee work hours.
- Assist supervisors in monitoring staff attendance and punctuality.
- Notify management of irregularities (habitual tardiness, absences, or attendance issues).
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all attendance and time records follow company policies and government regulations.
- Generate daily, weekly, or monthly attendance and manpower reports.
- Assist in audits or inspections related to employee records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
