About the Role
RH-Studio is looking for a Timekeeping Associate to support our HR team in managing employee attendance, payroll preparation, and records. This role ensures that work hours, leaves, and schedules are accurately tracked so our operations run smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, we'd love to meet you.
Shift Schedule
- Mid-shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
- Onsite only (no WFH)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily attendance, tardiness, and absences.
- Process and verify timekeeping records for payroll.
- Handle employee schedules, leaves, and overtime requests.
- Maintain accurate HR files and employee attendance reports.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll cutoffs and adjustments.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, compliance, and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaue during mid-shift (3 PM – 12AM).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Prior HR, payroll, or timekeeping experience.
- Familiarity with HRIS or timekeeping systems.
