ABOUT OUR ROLE
The Dialing Agent at Launch Q is a high-volume, performance-driven role focused on maximizing outreach through the Launch Q dialing tool. This agent will be responsible for managing their dialer login, executing campaigns, conducting accurate data entry, and consistently making approximately 500 calls per day through the Launch Q dialing tool to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Dialer Management: Log in, monitor, and effectively manage daily activities within the Launch Q dialing tool to ensure peak efficiency and connection rates.
- High-Volume Execution: Consistently execute approximately 500 outbound calls per day, adhering to assigned calling campaigns and target lists.
- Communication & Scripting: Deliver clear, compelling, and professional communication while following established scripts and protocols to maximize call outcomes.
- Data Integrity: Accurately and immediately log all call outcomes, contact details, and customer feedback into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Performance Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, talk time, successful contacts, and quality scores.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all company compliance policies and data privacy regulations during all customer interactions.
- Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the Team Leader on dialer performance, list quality, and recurring customer concerns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably involving outbound calls or automated dialing tools (dialer-focused experience is a plus).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including fast and accurate data entry, and the ability to quickly navigate both the dialing tool and CRM systems simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, with a professional phone tone, and the ability to maintain a positive demeanor through high call volumes.
- Discipline: High level of self-motivation, time management, and the ability to maintain focus and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Working Conditions
- Technical requirements: Own Laptop or desktop and stable internet connection.
- The role involves intensive phone time and a strong emphasis on maintaining high-volume productivity.
- We're looking for someone who's comfortable with flexible hours, as some campaigns may require shifts outside the usual business schedule.
