Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Inside Sales Representative with verifiable experience in industrial controls and exposure to control panel projects.

This 100% remote role supports both EPC's and CSI's sales operations. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries and RFQs for industrial control components and custom control panel assemblies.
  • Prepare and managequotes, proposals, order entries, and payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and production teams to confirm pricing, lead times, and order status.
  • Recommend suitable industrial control components (PLCs, relays, power supplies, sensors, switches, terminals, etc.) based on customer needs.
  • Maintain customer records, quotes, and communication using Odoo ERP (internal CRM) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Meet).
  • Track and follow up on open quotes and orders to ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of verifiable experience in sales or inside sales within industrial automation, electrical distribution, or control panel manufacturing.
  • Background or degree in related engineering field.
  • Ability to read and discuss control panel bills of materials and/or basic electrical schematics.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and/or other business productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work 8:30am - 5pm PST.
