URGENT: Inside Sales Representative

Description
  • Prepare and deliver detailed product quotes to customers with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Recommend suitable alternative products for unavailable or back-ordered items.
  • Perform outbound follow-ups and cold outreach using approved templates and workflows.
  • Accurately enter and maintain orders in the ERP system (Odoo) to ensure seamless fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to coordinate order flow.
  • Track and manage open opportunities to increase conversion rates and meet sales targets.
Hard Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of inside sales or order management experience, preferably in appliances, furniture, or B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM platforms (Odoo experience highly desirable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Results-driven attitude with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9AM–6PM US Eastern Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
  • Weeks 1–8: $5USD/hour
  • Weeks 8 onwards: $6USD/hour
  • HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
