Key Responsibilities

● Operational Governance & Alignment

○ Coordinate priorities, initiatives, and deliverables across HC, Supply Chain & Engineering, and Safety & Security.

○ Work alongside department heads to establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to ensure data-driven decision making.

○ Identify and address operational gaps, risks, and dependencies across departments.

● Strategic Execution & Analysis

○ Drive strategic projects from planning to execution, ensuring milestones are met and measurable results delivered.

○ Conduct data analysis to inform recommendations, validate assumptions, and measure impact.

○ Support COO in preparation for executive meetings, board presentations, and strategic reviews.

● Leadership Enablement

○ Act as a thought partner and sounding board to the COO and COO Leadership Team.

○ Ensure follow-through on COO's decisions and commitments with clarity and accountability.

○ Facilitate communication, alignment, and problem-solving across leadership teams within and external to the Office of the COO.

● Innovation & Efficiency ○ Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance workflows, improve decision-making speed, and reduce inefficiencies.

○ Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across all functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
