Job Description

A Chief Cook on a ship is responsible for food preparation, menu planning, galley management, inventory control, and supervising kitchen staff. Key duties include maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, managing food supplies, ensuring healthy and nutritious meals are prepared according to the ship's requirements, and coordinating meal service to ensure timely delivery and crew satisfaction.
