A glimpse into your new role:

  • Support the Chief of Staff/CEO in day-to-day operations, executive priorities, and special projects
  • Prepare meeting briefs, track follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of action items
  • Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects, maintaining updates and internal communication
  • Analyze data and reports to support decision-making and process improvement
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar alignment, and internal agenda-setting

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (MBA or related master's preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive support
  • Strong project management skills with proven cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical ability
