Chief of Staff

Location: eTap Inc. HQ

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the COO in driving operational excellence and cross-departmental coordination at eTap Inc. This role is a force multiplier—ensuring that the COO's priorities are executed with precision, that leadership teams are aligned, and that strategic initiatives across Human Capital, Supply Chain & Engineering, and Safety & Security divisions are driven forward with data-backed insights, cross-department collaboration, and rigor.

The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and project driver—helping translate strategy into action and ensuring accountability at every level.

• Operational Governance & Alignment

• Coordinate priorities, initiatives, and deliverables across HC, Supply Chain & Engineering, and Safety & Security.

• Work alongside department heads to establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to ensure data-driven decision making.
• Identify and address operational gaps, risks, and dependencies across departments.

• Strategic Execution & Analysis

• Drive strategic projects from planning to execution, ensuring milestones are met and measurable results delivered.

• Conduct data analysis to inform recommendations, validate assumptions, and measure impact.
• Support COO in preparation for executive meetings, board presentations, and strategic reviews.

• Leadership Enablement

• Act as a thought partner and sounding board to the COO and COO Leadership Team.

• Ensure follow-through on COO's decisions and commitments with clarity and accountability.
• Facilitate communication, alignment, and problem-solving across leadership teams within and external to the Office of the COO.

• Innovation & Efficiency

• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance workflows, improve decision-making speed, and reduce inefficiencies.

• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across all functions.

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in cross-functional, fast-paced, or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of working across multiple teams or departments to drive alignment and results.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and KPIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complexity into actionable solutions.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive thinker with a collaborative and proactive approach to challenges.
• Direct and clear communicator with a no-nonsense, no-BS personality.
• Experience with or active use of AI tools and workflows (both professional and personal) to enhance efficiency and insight.
• Strong project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus but not required.

• Product & Strategy Leadership: Defined product vision and execution that made KonsultaMD the most comprehensive primary healthcare app in the Philippines, serving millions of users and thousands of healthcare providers.
• Venture Building & Acceleration: Helped launch and scale HealthNow under Globe and AC Health, one of the Philippines' first DOH-accredited telemedicine services during COVID-19.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Led diverse teams in product, engineering, operations, and strategy, unifying multiple platforms into industry-leading "super apps."
