We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager who will oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll accounting, bank reconciliation, and BIR compliance. The ideal candidate must be a licensed accountant (CPA) with strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily accounting operations and general ledger maintenance
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of BIR returns (VAT, EWT, 1701/1702, etc.)
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and review cash transactions
  • Ensure proper payroll-related accounting and statutory contributions
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
  • Implement and monitor internal controls within the accounting department
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Review and approve accounting entries, reports, and schedules
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficient in bookkeeping, BIR reports, and month-end closing
  • Experience with accounting systems and MS Excel
  • Must be willing to be assigned at Casa Anselmo, Paseo del Congreso, City of Malolos, Bulacan
