Accounting VA

We are an office-based virtual assistant company bringing personalized service to the insurance industry, with solutions supporting insurance Agencies, MGA’s, Carriers, Insurtechs and Networks. The Role You will be responsible for : Following up on payment with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring correct booking of received payments. Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing report and Statement of Accounts. Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process. Supporting internal and external audit requirements. Processing invoices and expense claims. Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing. Performing vendor and bank reconciliations. Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis. Ideal Profile QUALIFICATIONS: Must have an accounting background or fresh graduate of accounting courses/subjects | BSBA Major in Financial Management | BS in Accounting | BS in Accounting Information System | etc. Tesda graduate | Bookkeeping Has a basic knowledge about Quick book, Accounting Terminologies, SAP BusinessOne, etc. Must have Good communication skills. Must be willing to work in the permanent graveyard shift. Must be available to start anytime Must reside within Bulacan. What’s on Offer?
