Responsible for managing and administering the employees' compensation, rewards and benefits in compliance with legal requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent.
At least 2 years of proven experience as Payroll/Compensation and Benefits Officer.
Deep knowledge and understanding of HR benefits processes, regulations and payroll administration.
Detailed knowledge of payroll, accounting procedures and advance in mathematical skills.
With a working knowledge of compensation practices, labor law and legislation.
Well versed in using HRIS and on-line Government mandated benefits system.
With good problem-solving attitude and keen to details.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
