Responsible for managing and administering the employees' compensation, rewards and benefits in compliance with legal requirements.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent.

  2. At least 2 years of proven experience as Payroll/Compensation and Benefits Officer.

  3. Deep knowledge and understanding of HR benefits processes, regulations and payroll administration.

  4. Detailed knowledge of payroll, accounting procedures and advance in mathematical skills.

  5. With a working knowledge of compensation practices, labor law and legislation.

  6. Well versed in using HRIS and on-line Government mandated benefits system.

  7. With good problem-solving attitude and keen to details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
