Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Solutions Support Engineer to join our Product Solutions Department. This role will provide both on-site and off-site technical support, assist in validating and customizing product solutions, and facilitate technical trainings and presentations for customers and internal teams. The position requires strong problem solving skills, customer orientation, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities

Commissioning & Troubleshooting Support

  • Provide on-site and remote assistance for system commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with customers and partners to resolve technical issues promptly

Product Solutions Validation

  • Assess customer requirements and recommend the most suitable product configurations.

Training & Presentations

  • Conduct product and system training sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with the Product Solutions Head and other departments to support project requirements
  • Document solutions, troubleshooting cases, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
  • Experience in solar PV systems (design, installation, or O&M) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support and training
