Qualifications:

  • Must have strong internet connection due to work from home / remote setup
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related course
  • 2–5 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Familiar with Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or similar platforms
  • Basic knowledge of online ads and analytics tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized sa work; Can handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good English communication skills, reliable, driven, and easy to work with.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and other platforms
  • Ensure accurate order processing, inventory monitoring, and stock reconciliation
  • Handle fulfillment issues, including lost/damaged orders, claims, and chargebacks
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and assist in content posting and scheduling
  • Monitor e-commerce and campaign performance and prepare regular sales reports
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Web teams to resolve order-related concerns
  • Maintain marketplace account health and ensure compliance with platform requirements
  • Identify process improvements and assist in updating SOPs and workflows

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
