We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Department. This is a fully work-from-home, remote position in Philippines. No travel is required.

Company: Spring College International (based in Singapore)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm

Mode: Fully work-from-home, remote in Philippines

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and update AI-friendly (GEO) content that improves AI search visibility on platforms like Google SGE and ChatGPT.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and course enquiries.
  • Optimise on-page and off-page SEO by improving website pages, keywords, blog content and building high-authority backlinks to boost search ranking.
  • Work with developers to manage technical SEO by improving site speed, mobile optimization, and indexation.
  • Create social media content using Canva and Capcut, schedule posts and manage accounts like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor marketing performance, prepare monthly reports and develop strategies to improve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Possess 1-2 years of relevant working experience and technical expertise.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Word, Slides, Sheets).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Possess good WiFi connection, laptop and headset.
