Executive Secretary Part-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our leadership team in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively while ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives, team members, and external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Coordinate internal communications, ensuring timely flow of information across teams.
  • Assist in project coordination and follow up on deliverables with different departments.
  • Monitor emails and correspondence on behalf of executives, drafting replies where appropriate.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and digital marketing project reviews.
  • Support HR and finance in administrative documentation as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and records for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of office management and executive support best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, project management software, etc.).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10, Php12,000.00 per month
